In case of bad weather conditions, location accessibility difficulties, or unforeseen issues, orders can sometimes get delayed.

honeybai ships orders Pan-India. Currently, we do not ship international orders.
No shipping charges are applied for prepaid orders.
However, for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, Rs 200 shipping is charged.
On orders above Rs.7999, only prepaid payment options are available.

RETURN REFUND & EXCHANGE
2-days return window policy
In case of any issue with the product item, you must raise a return request within 2 days of the time you have received the order.
Item must be unused.
Item must be returned with original packaging.
In case of any missing item, you must provide an unboxing video. Without sharing an unboxing video, missing item claims will not be accepted.
This unboxing video must be made when you first open the honeybai courier/package.
3-5 working days refund policy
Once the items are returned and verified, a refund will be processed in 3-5 working days.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account or upi shared by you.
For prepaid/online-paid orders, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account/UPI provided by you.
Non-returnable items
Any personalised item/jewellery or gift cards are not eligible for return.
2-days Exchange Window Policy

Once the exchange item is picked up from you and verified, we will send the exchange item to you. This complete process may take 7-10 days.
